India Gate Kaima Rice is a short grain rice which has peculiar aroma imparting a subtle taste. It is extensively used in the Malabar region for making authentic recipes such as - Ghee rice, Payasam and Thalassery biryani a symbol of cultural amalgamation of Mughal and Malabari cuisine. The product is known with diverse identities in different parts of the country - Ambemohar in Maharashtra, Gobindobhog in Bengal, Ghee Rice Jeera Samba in Tamilnadu & Kaima rice in Kerala.

India Gate Kaima rice is nurtured with the pure air and soil of Bardhaman in West Bengal encasing the aroma and taste in every grain of rice.
