HOW DO I MERGE MY TRADOLOGIE ACCOUNTS LINKED TO DIFFERENT EMAIL IDS?
We recommend that you maintain one TRADOLOGIE account with one email ID. Please contact our customer support if you have multiple accounts.
HOW DO I KNOW MY TRADOLOGIE MEMBERSHIP HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?
After you successfully registered on the TRADOLOGIE website, you will receive an email in the account registered with TRADOLOGIE. This email will contain a URL that you need to click to confirm your registration. You can then log on to the TRADOLOGIE account with your User ID and password.

Each seller that has been shortlisted by you for participating in a live negotiation session will be notified by email of the time and date of the negotiation. Additionally, when the seller logs on to their TRADOLOGIE account, a notification for a pending negotiation request will be displayed on their home page.
HOW WILL I KNOW A SELLER IS PARTICIPATING IN THE LIVE NEGOTIATION SESSION?
Before the live negotiation session begins, you will receive an email with the details of the negotiation session and the sellers who will confirmed to participating in the session.
HOW CAN I KNOW MORE ABOUT A SELLER?
Each seller has posted an E-brochure detailing his facilities or has a microsite. You can view the details of the seller, including feedback provided by buyers who have done business with the seller already. The rating mechanism will also be visible in the sellers list.
HOW CAN I GIVE FEEDBACK FOR A SELLER?
Each seller has a microsite. You can provide feedback for the seller on that page. The feedback of the seller can also be given upon the completion of the supply by the buyer.
HOW DOES TRADOLOGIE ENSURE THE QUALITY OF GOODS?
TRADOLOGIE is a platform for enabling trade between buyers and sellers. To ensure quality, you are requested to employ an inspection agency of your choice and intimate the sellers of the agency at the time of raising the enquiry. At the time of creating a negotiation, you can select one of the inspection agencies specified by other buyers in the past. You can also specify your own inspection agency.
WHO WILL BE PAYING THE INSPECTION AGENCY FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE?
Using an inspection agency for quality assurance is the choice of the buyer. The payment terms are between the buyer and inspection agency and are not covered or managed by TRADOLOGIE.

Verified sellers are sellers whose credentials have been verified by TRADOLOGIE.
HOW WILL I KNOW THAT A BUYER HAS INCLUDED ME TO PARTICIPATE IN A LIVE NEGOTIATION SESSION?
Whenever a negotiation session is confirmed, TRADOLOGIE sends an email to all the parties involved – buyer and sellers with the schedule of the session. Also, when you log on to your TRADOLOGIE account, you will see a notification of a pending request on your homepage. You can click the notification to proceed with participation.
HOW WILL MY BUSINESS BE LISTED ON TRADOLOGIE?
Your business will be listed according to your membership type, customer rating, and then alphabetical order. Buyers will be able to search for a specific seller as well.
HOW DO I PAY FOR A TRADOLOGIE PURCHASE?
ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES (INSURANCE, COUNTRY TAX ETC) WHEN I MAKE A PURCHASE ON TRADOLOGIE?
There are no hidden or additional charges in making any purchase on TRADOLOGIE. However, you will need to pay all country-specific taxes as specified in your contract.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?
The delivery charges will be part of the rate quoted by the seller. TRADOLOGIE does not have any obligation regarding the same.
ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN COSTS (SALES TAX, OCTROI ETC) ON ITEMS SOLD BY SELLERS?
The rates quoted by the sellers shall be inclusive of all taxes, charges, levies, insurance, freight, etc. FOR the address specified by the buyer in domestic trade and FOB the port specified by the buyer in International trade. Any error or omission in quoting the rates shall be the liability of the seller. TRADOLOGIE does not have any obligation regarding the same.
IN CASE OF DELAY BY SELLER, WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
The commitment fee deposit is mandated to ensure that the transaction is completed in a timely manner. In case of any delay/dispute, we request the buyer to contact TRADOLOGIE. Delay in performing obligations shall be liable for the forfeiture of the commitment fee deposited by the supplier and the cancellation of order. In case of forfeiture of the commitment fee, TRADOLOGIE shall pay the buyer 75% of the commitment fee received from the supplier for the said transaction as compensation.
DOES TRADOLOGIE DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
TRADOLOGIE does not deliver any products. It is a platform for buying and selling commodities. However, it does facilitate international trade. If the buyer and seller are in different countries, the goods are delivered as per the terms and conditions of the contract.
